At Blakeli, we’re all about delivering eyewear you love. If something’s off with your glasses, we’ve got a straightforward refund and return process to make it right.

Exchange Policy
  • We don’t offer exchanges right now. Double-check your size, design, and quantity at checkout, as we can’t swap items due to incorrect choices.
Canceling an Order
  • Timeframe: Cancel within 6 hours of placing your order by emailing support@blakeli.com with your order number.
  • After 6 Hours: Once processing starts or your glasses ship, cancellations aren’t possible.
  • Fee: A 10% cancellation fee (based on your total order) applies.

Returns

  • Timeframe: You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return. After that, orders are final—no refunds.
  • Eligible Reasons: We accept returns if your eyewear is:
    • Damaged or broken on arrival.
    • Wrong design, size, or product compared to your order.
    • Not as described on blakeli.com.
  • Conditions: Items must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
    • With all tags and packaging intact.
    • Free of minor fixable flaws (e.g., loose screws).
Refund Process
  • Step 1 – Request: Email support@blakeli.com within 30 days with:
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).
    • Photos of the issue (if applicable).
    • Your order number.
  • Step 2 – Approval: We’ll reply within 2-3 business days with a return address and instructions. Don’t send anything back without approval!
  • Step 3 – Shipping: Pack securely, use a trackable carrier, and send us the tracking number. We’re not liable for lost returns.
  • Step 4 – Refund: After we receive and check your return (within 2 business days), we’ll refund your full amount—including original shipping—to your payment method. Bank processing may take 10-15 days.
Return Shipping Costs
  • You cover return shipping fees, unless the issue is our mistake (e.g., damaged or wrong item)—then we’ve got it covered.
Key Notes
  • Returns need email approval—unapproved items won’t be accepted.
  • Lost or damaged returns? We need that tracking number to help.
  • No refund after 15 days? Email support@blakeli.com—we’ll sort it out.
